You may request a return for any product purchased from us within 7 days of receiving you order.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp +39 351 4475 476, providing the reason for each item you wish to return.  Upon receiving your request, we will open a case for your return.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once your return meets all criteria and is confirmed as eligible for a refund, you will receive an notification, and you will receive your refund through the payment method used at the time of your order.

Please note that transaction fees (5%) will not be refunded for return orders.
